About Us

TradeCondos was created in 2004, with the goal of helping vacation owners to save money on their travel expenses by swapping with other vacation property owners for free lodging.

As vacation property and timeshare owners ourselves, we understand the desire to travel to resort areas around the world, but also recognize the need for additional flexibility in making travel plans. Timeshares are expensive and restrictive. We wanted a more flexible option for saving money.

As we own property in a favorite Colorado ski destination, we started thinking, "Wouldn't it be nice to just trade with someone who owns beach property for our next vacation". And, alas, the concept of TradeCondos was born.
