- Set up Your Vacation Property. Generate trade inquiries to your property by setting up an individual property listing highlighting your property features.

- View Properties By Location or Property Type: Use our search capability to locate other vacation home owners by geographic location or property type (ski, beach, golf, spa, international, or urban).
- View Property Information & Pictures BEFORE You Inquire About a Trade! Every TradeCondos.com membership includes a one page listing, providing property descriptions, location info, amenities, a location map and pictures of the property, allowing you to screen through potential properties prior to contacting the owner about potential home swapping, house swaps, or vacation home trade.
- Contact the Owner Directly. Owner contact information is provided on each property listing, allowing you to directly contact a property owner to work out the details on your lodging trade
- Contact Multiple Owners with a Single Email. See multiple properties that you like? Select as many properties as you like from the property listings page and send out one email to all chosen property owners.
How is TradeCondos.com Different from a Timeshare or Exchange Travel Membership Service?
- No Exchange Fees! That's right. TradeCondos.com does not charge any exchange fees. We have a yearly membership fee, allowing you to contact and trade with as many property owners as you want.
- Negotiations
are Made "BY OWNER", allowing owners to cut out the cost and
rules of the travel agent or timeshare exchange service.
The trading owners determine the trading arrangements, including
trade dates and length of stay. No weekly restrictions. No
travel agent commission fees.
